The Zomato delivery agent also explains about his wheelchair bicycle which is manufactured by engineers from IIT Chennai.

Inspiration doesn’t always come from big stages or fancy speeches. It comes from ordinary people doing extraordinary things. One such moment has recently surfaced online and it has caught widespread attention.
In the clip, a man converses with a differently-abled man who is working as a Zomato delivery agent. His brief exchange uncovers a story of hard work and motivation.
Differently-Abled Man Works As Zomato Delivery Agent
In the video, a man approaches him and asks, “Aap karte kya ho? (What do you do?).”
He replies, “Mai Zomato ki food delivery karta hu. Mere jaise disable logo ke liye food delivery bahut bada task hai (I work as a Zomato food delivery agent. For people like me who are disabled, food delivery is a very big task).”
When asked whether it is easy for him to ride his wheelchair bicycle, his response strikes a chord. “Bhale hi kathin pade ya easy pade, koi bhi chiz namumkin nahi hai. Ek baar karne ki lagan honi chahiye aur ghar se at least nikalo toh sahi ki aaj kuch karna hai (Whether it feels difficult or easy, nothing is impossible. You just need the determination to do something and the courage to step out of your house,” he said.
The man then asks about his earnings. The delivery agent shares that he earns around Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 per month and added, “Ek parcel ke upar Rs 30, Rs 40 ya Rs 50 mil jate hai (For each delivery, I get Rs 30, Rs 40 or Rs 50).”
When asked if this amount is enough to survive, his answers, “Mushkil hai lekin santosh mein hi santushti hai. Hotel wale, restaurant wale ab appreciate karte hai. Raste par chalne wale log bhi appreciate karte hai (It is difficult but contentment brings satisfaction. Hotel staff, restaurant staff, even people on the road appreciate me).”
The Wheelchair Bicycle That Makes It Possible
The delivery agent also explains about his wheelchair bicycle which he says is called Neomotion and is manufactured by engineers from IIT Chennai.
“Isme wheelchair bhi ban jati hai aur bike bhi ban jati hai. Ghar ho ya office, wheelchair se niklo aur bike attach kar lo (It works as both a wheelchair and a bike. Whether you’re at home or office, you can attach it and ride),” the agent explains.
When asked what motivates him to keep going every day, he speaks about his family, saying, “Meri family mein meri wife bhi disable hai. Agar mai kaam nahi karunga toh guzara kaise hoga? (My wife is also disabled. If I don’t work, how will we survive?)”
He adds, “Khush rehkar ya dukhi hokar, kaam toh karna hi hai, toh kyun na khush rehkar kara jaye (Whether happy or sad, work has to be done, so why not do it happily?).”
Talking about his future, he shares his dream: “Mai national-level table tennis player hu aur desh ke liye medal lana chahta hu (I am a national-level table tennis player and I want to win a medal for the country).”
The conversation ends on a deeply emotional note when he is asked if he is happy with his life.
“Mai khush hu. Maine kabhi ye nahi socha ki bhagwan ne mujhe aisa kyun banaya. Har haal mein uska sukhriya karta hu (I am happy. I never asked why God made me like this. I thank Him in every situation).”
The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) with a caption, “This Zomato Delivery Bro taught me more lessons than anyone else ever could. God bless this gentleman. If someone can identify this person, we can definitely take some inspiration. His message needs to be viral. Share it. God bless.”

A Delivery Agent Who Couldn’t Speak
In November last year, a video went viral from Gurugram that showed a Blinkit delivery agent struggling to communicate with a customer over the phone while trying to locate the delivery address. Unable to speak clearly, the agent did not panic or give up.
Instead, he stopped a nearby resident, gestured that he needed help and handed over his phone. The resident spoke to the customer, understood the location and then guided the delivery agent so he could complete the order.
