
Shri Atam Vallabh Jain Clinic, Jammu, successfully organized its 450th monthly Free Artificial Limbs Camp at Fattu Chogan, Kali Janni, Jammu, on Sunday. The camp, spanning three days, aimed to provide free prosthetic and mobility aids to the differently-abled people.
On the first day of the camp, 74 patients were assessed, and the clinic distributed 21 artificial limbs (Jaipur Foot), 14 callipers, 2 wheelchairs, and one tricycle, all free of cost. The initiative reflects the clinic’s long-standing commitment to empowering individuals with physical disabilities by enhancing their mobility and independence.
Pritul Jain, General Secretary of the Society, briefed the attendees and visiting dignitaries about the clinic’s ongoing efforts and the impact of their humanitarian work.
Several dignitaries graced the occasion, including Kimti Jain, Davinder Jain, Praveen Seth, Deepak Jain, Vikas Jain, Rishek Jain, and Shailesh Jain, who lauded the clinic’s dedication and service to the community.
The camp will continue for two more days, with further beneficiaries expected to receive prosthetic devices and mobility aids as part of this noble endeavor.
